Due to the fact that we pay a fee on every credit card and eCheck transaction, we must charge an order cancellation fee of $7.00 on all orders cancelled prior to production. Laser Works of Alabama does not profit from this charge.

As every product is custom made, no two are alike. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, for a full refund (less the $7.00 transaction fee), after the production phase has begun.
